My Terms of Service and prices are subject to change.

The prices just displayed are personal commission rates I mean, you can not make a profit from it. Please email me at [email protected] for commercial licensed works.

I retain all the rights to my work and use the image as a sample for sales or self promotion unless you don’t want your commission published, in this case, let me know before.

You CAN upload the final work on social media and use it for personal usage giving proper credit but you DO NOT have the right to sell your commission for NFT unless you paid for a commercial license, you only claim rights over your character and not my work.

I retain all the rights on rejected concepts therefore, I'm allowed to modify and reuse them for other types of projects, both personal and commercial.

In the case of a character design commission, you will have all rights to the character. That character belongs to you, so you may use them as you see fit as long for a personal and non-profit purpose, otherwise if you want to use them in this way, you must request a commission of a commercial nature.

You can sell the character with the same price that you paid for them.

I have the right to decline a commission for any reasons and conditions with the corresponding explanation.

All payment is in USD via Paypal.

Do not send the payment before I ask for it by invoice.

Payment must be in full after the sketch is approved.

Payment plans are available for commission services over $100

Full refunds can only be made before I start the work.

You will be refunded based on the progress of the commission.

No refunds once the commission is completed and finalized.

If I must cancel a commission, you will be notified and a full refund will be made.

I will send you the sketch for your confirmation.

Then I'll continue the work once I receive the full payment.

Changes, feedback and request must be made during the sketch stage. Please note that you only get two free corrections, so it's recommended to do them all at once.

Any special request relating to canvas size, type of file and other must be requested and spoken before work begins.

From the third correction each new change will be priced at $10 unless it is to correct a mistake on my part.

You can ask for wips during all process, but please do not spam. I will do my best to keep you updated.

I usually work fast but it will always depend on the difficulty of the order.

Priority commissions, namely deadline, shall be charged with additional fees of the total price. The shorter the deadline, the higher % of the fees.

You can profit from the artwork by making any type of merchandise or commercial project.

You will have the right to reproduce the work, however, I am still the creator of it, so credit is required for the use of the artwork. Even if it's modified or edited.

If you need confidentiality, contracts or similar matters please get in touch with me.

The purchase of the commercial rights of the artwork will depend on factors such as the type of project, the entity or the order, but an approximate porcentage would be 80% extra to the price.

You will receive a PNG file in 300 dpi.

File 2000x2500 px to bust-up/half body and over 4000 px in the case of fullbody. For illustrations I usually use an A4 format.

+90% per additional character will be added to initial price

Backgrounds fees will be determined based on client requests:

Your nick and website (@/xx instagram)

Paypal e-mail

Style and type of commission (regular commission/half body)

Commission description (character smiling, no background)

References of your character. (reference sheets, drawings, pictures, pinterest boards, sta.sh, picrew, etc.)
